The Ascent 700 is a warm bag with a comfortable wide mummy fit. Filled with 700g of 650FP goose down and with room for additional layers if needed, this bag can be used in cold temperatures. Ideal for three season use and spring conditions similar to the UK, New Zealand or Scandinavia.
The Ascent is made with an outer fabric Pertex® Recycled Quantum, light and durable, and a recycled nylon lining. It has trapezoid-shaped wall baffles that stack neatly together, encouraging the hydrophobic duck inside to fly fully and reducing the appearance of cold spots. Hand-filled in the UK, all our down bags benefit from the fact that the down is never compressed before use, maintaining the volume and warmth of the down.
The generous mummy fit with wide footwells provides a spacious feel for a restful night's sleep, and the snug-fitting neck baffle locks in warmth when temperatures drop. It has a ¾-length main zipper with a down-filled baffle to keep drafts out.
Convenience is taken care of with an internal zippered stash pocket that easily fits a phone or headlamp, a cotton storage bag, and a compression stuff sack to ensure a manageable pack size and protection on the go. the way.
