Pruebas en vacío parece que va bien, pero no lo sabremos si hay suerte y no hace falta probarlo.

Disipador polivalente para bricos varios

El 2ª que adquiero. Los uso para montajes de auto-asegurameiento en actividades solitarias y para preparar un equipo casero para ferratas. En todos los casos es un poco engorroso el tener que dejar un cabo largo para el deslizamiento necesario en la disipación de energía producto de una caída (sobre todo en una ferrata donde esta será de mayor factor...supongo, no lo he probado). Por ello, supongo que para algunos usos será siempre más cómodo y quizás apropiado usar elementos comerciales específicos. Aun así, siempre le encuentro utilidades a este sencillo y asequible elemento.
