Created for the big competitions. Compared to its predecessor, the new Mezzalama skis have been built with a slightly wider blade, longer rocker and shorter radius. This makes the skis more forgiving of errors and saves energy on descents. The Mezzalama touring ski for competitors offers impressive performance on Grand Course races with its long-lasting durability and strength at minimal weight.
In your race against the clock, every gram counts to get to the top as quickly and efficiently as possible. At the same time, balanced performance and durability characteristics are needed when the racing terrain becomes more alpine and challenging. This technical race and training ski uses a sidewall construction with cap construction at the tip and tail. This combination promises the best possible power transfer at a very low weight while ensuring the ski offers forgiving downhill performance. This helps you gain valuable seconds and give it your all.
The special Race wood core is made from 100% premium paulownia, while only 10% of the best wood is used for racing products. In this way, the optimal relationship between weight and resistance of the ski is obtained.
An additional layer of fiberglass and carbon speed stringers give the Mezzalama ski an extra touch of strength. For the perfect finishing touch, the base of the DNA ski has a special race polish. With all that, you are guaranteed to be the fastest in challenging races.
